How to get the correct fit : You must put on whatever you want to wear under this vest and please use a cloth tape to measure the circumference of your chest. If the measurement is an even number add 2 to get the next even number. If the number you get is an odd number add 1 to get the next even number. The general rule is order the next even number. If the measurement is 30 order 32. If the measurement you get is 33, order size 34. (If your belly is bigger than you chest then go by belly measurement). 

General rule is to order at least 1" or 2" bigger than your chest or belly measurement.
